Depressed, Try This Yoga Pose

If you’re feeling the blues, the Crescent Pose may be helpful. It builds mental focus, develops willpower, stimulates the mend and energized the body to help relive mild depression.
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides. Inhale and as you exhale, bend your right knee and step back with your left foot to a lung position.
- Inhale and stretch your arms over your head and clasp your hands with the index fingers pointing up to the ceiling. Hold for a few breaths.
